Bee Trek - il cammino delle Api - is a nature trail crossing the Magnifica Comunità degli Altopiani Cimbri - Cimbrian Highlands - linking Folgaria and Luserna over 26 kilometres.
Designed to enhance the landscape and promote biodiversity, the route combines the protection of bees and pollinating insects with a model of slow and mindful tourism.
Along the way, four Bee Gardens - areas planted with native species whose shapes are inspired by the flight of bees - offer spaces for rest, observation, and learning.
The signage discreetly accompanies the walker: it guides, tells stories, and invites discovery. In addition to traditional directional signs, around thirty “inspiration panels” connect to online content, encouraging active user participation and a phygital experience that blends physical and digital exploration.
The Luserna - Folgaria section forms the heart of a wider project, set to extend from Verona to Bolzano along a 300 kilometre route dedicated to biodiversity and the beauty of Alpine landscapes.
